This place is not for the faint of heart. But, if you are willing to overlook the dirt and smell you will find the freshest and the cheapest fruits and vegetables in Santo Domingo. I go mostly during mango season, when you can buy mangos for 75% off.

I found all fruits and spices I was looking for. Very cheap prices and everything is fresh. But organization and hygiene is lacked big time. Something to be improved
