Well at the moment iff you own a Mercedes it’s the only place to have it serviced, although thankfully there is a Merc garage opening near punta Cana soon, when you put your car in make sure your clear what you want done the first time I put mine in they almost rebuilt it, including replacing a new mercedes battery with a new one 😡 They opened to boot and it was full of parts I only put it in because of a engine start fault, this time I stayed with the car, the garage is in an awful area so no chance of popping out for a coffee or something to eat, additionally I hate going there due to the traffic and playing chicken until you get to the main drag, I was desperate to leave but then out come 3 invoices one to hand to the guy you must pay then as you leave security guy takes photos of your car and you give him the 2nd invoice jeeeeze I was fed up at this point having arrived a 6am to avoid traffic to be held prisoner I was told car would be ready at 11am it came and went then I was told 2pm the joys of owning a Mercedes, I guess it’s only torture once a year or until the new place opens.

Mercedes dealership, appointment only. Maybe they take more appointments than they should- they tried to talk me out of an appointment that I already arrived for (waited several days already). Other than that, waiting area is clean, has hot beverages.
