Not open at 8:30 am on Saturday .. needed to pick up a package before work .. very bad they are not responsible, I'm pretty sure they would close early but when it comes to open the store on time there's no hope

It works well. Packages arrive on time. I've personally never lost anything. My packages have always arrived in good condition. They would get 5 stars if their customer service improved, both in person and by phone. The organization also needs improvement; when you go there, everything looks very disorganized.

It's the same old story. The representatives think we're trained to know everything, they have little patience, and they treat our customers and packages very poorly. And don't even get me started on the phone customer service—they either never answer or they hang up and leave you on hold. Please, appreciate having a job these days.
