It took a month to receive a quote, and I only got it because I went in person. The quote they gave me had nothing to do with what I needed, for the most part. I was treated with a bad attitude by each of the three people I interacted with. If they're bothered by a long-time customer requesting a simple quote to repair a product purchased there (note that I wasn't begging, but asking if it could be repaired), then they shouldn't allow post-purchase contact. They're not the only supplier. And there's a reason they have such low customer traffic. I hope everything continues as it is. Thank you so much for the experience!

When it comes to office real estate, they're simply the best in Santo Domingo. Their service, follow-up, warranty, and prices are unmatched. They only sell quality.

From the moment you walk in, a customer service representative greets you and walks through the store with you, identifying your needs and using a tablet to take notes on what you require so they can send you a quote later. It's all quick and they're very friendly. I was assisted by Clarissa, who was very patient and helpful.

I didn't like the service. The sales manager is very arrogant, however, the assistant manager is friendlier. As for the service response, it was slow; I had to wait 3 days to receive a response, and to have some screws installed, I had to go out to the parking lot because they don't set them up in the store. There was their technician in the middle of the sun and me in the car, and I'm a customer, but that was the end of it.
