Good place, lots of variety, poor customer service; the young woman was more concerned with changing the menu, playing music, and cleaning up her things than providing proper service.

As a secondhand clothing store, it's well-organized and has a great selection of plus-size clothing. Their products are high-quality, and it's clear whoever chooses them has excellent taste, especially in plus-size dresses for women, handbags, and men's shirts. The store has air conditioning and well-ventilated fitting rooms, making the trying-on experience comfortable and pleasant. The prices are also good. It's not as cheap as a regular secondhand clothing store, but it's much more affordable than buying from brand-name stores that sell plus-size clothing. Prices for what I've bought there range from 300 to 700 pesos, and they tend to have sales frequently. Recommended for plus-size people living in Santiago.
