If you're looking for social Latin night this is the place on Thursday night. Free entrance. Find your own table and order drinks. Know that you must order drinks if you sit at a table. Otherwise, you can just dance and leave. Parking is difficult, but not impossible. I don't know anything about the food. But the server was friendly. You have to be patient foe service to serve you in Santo Domingo.
