Negative experience. On Sunday, I had a gel manicure and pedicure (rubber + color). The manicure looked nice, but the next day the gel on two of my toenails completely lifted. This morning I went back to the salon to report it and ask them to fix it, as it's clearly a problem with the work done, not with use. The nails were fixed, but they made me pay again, saying it was their "policy." I find it unprofessional to charge for correcting a mistake that happened just one day after the service. It's a shame, because the aesthetic result is nice, but the customer service and the guarantee of the work leave much to be desired.

The staff was very nice, unfortunately my nails turned out terribly; by the third day, not a single one was left. 😅
