After receiving the first payment, pray you don't have any problems, because they leave you to fend for yourself throughout the process, and the broker they assign, Miguel Angel Vargas, acts as if you're bothering him when you ask for help. When you dare to complain if they aren't following up, they just say they won't continue providing service and will hand you over to the insurance company. As if you were bothering them. The service is terrible, the customer service is terrible, and the lack of empathy is terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
