I’ve visited this salon multiple times over the past four years, primarily for hair coloring and blowouts, and most recently for mani-pedis. While the services themselves are good, I’ve had consistently poor experiences with the customer service. The first time I had my hair colored here, I loved the result, but the second time was disappointing, leading me to seek services elsewhere. Although I received complimentary makeup, it appeared cakey shortly afterward. I advise potential customers to be mindful of pricing and scheduling, as the salon staff may not prioritize these aspects. If you have important time-sensitive events, I would caution against relying on this salon.

My best friend brought me to this place for the first time on one of my vacations to D.R. and as she was doing her nails, I said I might do mine as well. I got manicure and pedicure and I was amazed! One of the best I’ve ever had! Now I must stop here whenever I come to DR. I love this place. I feel So welcome by their staff. I feel like I’m at home! Would recommend it to anybody!

My hair turned out great. However, during my salon visit the owner decided to record me and publicly humiliate me. This is extremely unprofessional and a form of harassment. They do not treat new customers or foreigners with respect. Will never come her again!

Four stars for the makeup job , minus one star for attitude This was my first time here, and I was SO excited to come here to get my makeup done. My makeup artist did not greet me, she just literally told me to sit down! She started applying things to my face, never once started a conversation with me, NOR ASKED ME WHAT LOOK I WANTED!? I eventually interrupted and told her what I don’t like and what I was looking for, that was our only conversation Just think the workers should be more hospitable Other than that, my makeup looked great and lasted! The studio itself was very cute

The guys who provide the service are amazing. They give makeup and style courses, and include t-shirts. The snacks are delicious.
