Oriana, no, it's not a hospital. It's a support center, but there's a hospital across the street where you can give birth without any problems. You just need to have health insurance or have the money to cover your medical expenses when you're seen. :)

Today I went to the Ministry of Public Health. To my surprise, it was a very dirty and disorganized place. The floors and doors were covered in grime. The whole place was full of dust and construction debris piled up in plain sight. There was no one at reception to direct your service request. When I finally found the office I was supposed to go to, there were about six people chatting animatedly, and three of them... weren't wearing masks! Ministry of Health? Which one?

I'm Venezuelan and I'm pregnant. Can I have my baby there? What would the process be like?
