Excellent service! I was amazed by the speed and professionalism of everything. It only took three days from when I placed the order to when it was made, shipped, and received. I'm so grateful and thrilled with the care and attention to detail in their work. I'm not posting photos because my baby isn't due until April... I'll share a beautiful picture from Barcelona later.

They definitely need to improve their customer service. You write, they give half-hearted replies, no details, and no answers at all. In the end, I had to buy from somewhere else because getting through to them was impossible. 🙄

I don't agree with previous reviews. I loved it! The customer service is efficient, 100% recommended. The quality is divine, and the price is good. I was in constant communication and knew the status of my order.
