I ordered through the app, and it took two hours, only for them to cancel my order. I waited for the food to never even arrive. They could have at least canceled it sooner instead of making me wait two hours.

Weeks ago, I ordered a Cuban sandwich. I never imagined that a cafeteria, supposedly specializing in sandwiches, wouldn't know how to make a proper Cuban sandwich. What I received was some ground beef, other ingredients, and ketchup. Anyone who knows about this type of sandwich understands why the ketchup is written in all caps. I left my comments on the Pedidos Ya app, and they deleted them. It's clear how much they want to improve, hiding their real ratings for their terrible service.

One of the best strawberry milkshakes in town. They have their American breakfast at the mercy of the people of Higüey.

Excellent service and hygiene...And the juices were delicious!
