I bought an iPhone 11 and was told all its parts were genuine. The battery was almost at 100%, but it turned out that wasn't the case. The phone drained very quickly, and in less than a year it was down to 73%. A total rip-off.

I was sold an iPhone 11 supposedly with the original battery, but it's draining so badly that I suspect it was a replacement. I also went with a friend to buy an iPhone 12, and they showed it to me as if it were brand new, but upon closer inspection, I realized the screen wasn't original. We ended up getting another one, but it turns out the hotspot feature is disabled. In short, they don't sell anything that's 100% genuine.
