While the hair wash and braiding services were excellent, and the two ladies who worked on my hair were both polite and professional, my overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by an uncomfortable incident. As I was leaving, I was unexpectedly confronted by an employee(possibly the owner)about a review left by another customer. This confrontation felt inappropriate and distressing, especially considering I am a visitor unfamiliar with the area. Despite my attempts to de-escalate, the employee continued to berate me in front of both customers and staff, which left me feeling humiliated and unsafe. Because of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment. While some staff are lovely, the management’s behavior was deeply concerning.

I've been a customer for over a year and I wouldn't trade Moderna for anything! The girls are all wonderful, the service is excellent, and the services they offer are the best—the hair and wigs are the final touch! I have absolutely no complaints about Moderna! I recommend it 100%; it's like a second home to me! 🥰
