I am very pleased with this service. They are very attentive and always trying to go the extra mile to assist tourists and locas as well. I noticed they are always aware of traffic and even stop vehicles to allow pedestrians to cross the street. Politur is very helpful and I want to congratulate this department for the provided service. Keep up the great work, Your work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Sir it is great what you offer to tourists. Your people are great, one of the best in the world. I have not seen it better anywhere. I had a small issue with my car while I had it parked at Zona Colonial and these guys went beyond everything to help me. I am so thankful to these great people.

The police promises to support, they don't. Especially after realizing that you don't speak Spanish, as no one is able or willing to speak any other language.

Not sure why tourists visit DR. Much better places

I call and no one answers it goes straight to voicemail. This country has no laws and is full of people impersonating police to extort you for money
