It's a spectacular place, especially if you're eager to learn. They train both existing clients and the general public, but the dates are chosen by the instructors themselves, as the chef who will be starting their own business needs time to prepare. Chef Torres is an excellent and highly professional instructor; you learn a tremendous amount. Thanks to Molinos Modernos for teaching us. There's parking available, but traffic is heavy at all hours.
