They're disrespectful charlatans. The hair is defective, it gets tangled, there's no solution, and when you try to contact them, they respond but don't even let you speak. They tell you it has a guarantee, but it's a scam. They're completely unprofessional, and another thing: you pay one amount and they put another on the receipt. Apparently, they're used to doing that.
The staff was impeccable, friendly, and kind, but the service prices were unclear. How can you pay 700 pesos for a hair wash and curls without a blow dryer, and 1700 pesos for styling hair extensions? Trimming the ends of the extensions costs 2000 pesos. The cashier took at least 10 minutes to calculate the prices because even they weren't clear on them. The V-Light glue is very poor quality. I advised the stylist to buy a better quality product, because I already have experience with this method.
I bought a hair extension and bought the wrong one. I asked if they could exchange it, and they told me yes. When I sent someone to exchange it, they said it couldn't be done because it was at a different branch, and that they didn't do returns there. When I spoke to the woman who was helping me, she hung up on me. You need to be more professional. Now I'm stuck with something I don't like simply because you didn't explain things properly. Terrible customer service. When I called to contact you, they hung up on me.
Terrible service on WhatsApp. They can't be bothered to respond politely; customer service is of no interest to them. If this is their customer service, I don't even want to imagine what it's like. Customers aren't doing them a favor by trying to buy something. They're incompetent. They should take a customer service course before starting a business.
The service is amazing! I traveled from far away and was delighted. The Brazilian nail extensions are truly expertly applied. It's worth going back. Blessings 🙏🏾
