It was truly the worst experience. I went to get my hair dyed and extensions done, and the girl applied two dyes to get the color I wanted (she messed up the first time). To top it off, they have terrible service. It was the worst 12,000 pesos I've ever spent.
What an unpleasant experience I had via WhatsApp at the Independencia branch. I sent a family member to pick up the extensions I ordered since I'm traveling. The woman told me to send someone to Herrera because there was no one there to sew them in Independencia. I sent them to Herrera exactly as she instructed. Later, she texted me saying they were ready and sent a Google Maps link with the address in Independencia, which confused me greatly because she had confirmed it was in Herrera. I asked her about it, and she responded with a 7-second voice note in an offensive tone saying, "YOU'RE KIND OF ARAB, I TOLD YOU IN INDEPENDENCIA, DON'T TALK TO ME ABOUT HERRERA..." The way she treated my family member when they went to pick them up was also unpleasant. That kind of behavior tarnishes the reputation of any business. I paid for a service and maintained a respectful attitude. That woman was rude, unprofessional, and demonstrated her lack of education and training. What a shame!
100% recommended, excellent posture and hair quality.
The blow dryer wasn't working and my hair smelled burnt. As a result, I had to go to another salon to have my hair washed and styled. I wrote to them seeking assistance and they only replied "SORRY." What a joke and what kind of customer service is that!
They did a terrible job on my hair, both the application and the color. It was at the branch on Avenida Independencia. The coloring was awful; I wanted just one color, and they gave me two different ones. The extensions started coming loose after only two days. They stole my money. I deeply regret going to that place. They don't know how to work with hair. It was awful what they did to me. The worst part is that the person who did my hair is named Maria.
