Looking forward to our trip in July. The food at the other Palace properties are the best. None of the bad reviews have anything to do with this property or the service. Except 1 previous post who is obviously reviewing the wrong hotel. This place wasn’t even open when they stated they spent 17k. The rest are just people who are mad about the local government approving the project. That’s not the properties fault. Take this up with local officials and stop trying to ruin the purpose of reviews. Plus if staying at the hotel, you don’t have to look at it. It won’t affect your view of the rest of Punta Cana. 🤣

spent 17,000 Canadian dollars on a trip at Moon palace the Grand for three adults and two children. The price has gone up almost 30% compared to three years ago. But honestly, the worst thing this year was the terrible food. The meals for seven days were almost the same, and there was nothing special about them. We will never return, and we're sharing this so everyone knows.

I enjoyed Moon palace in other countries. Hope this moon palace has better food option's and entertainment. That was my only con web. I’m not going there to live I am going for the experience and to escape my normal routine.
