Small car rental shop with friendly service and fair prices. Picked the car up on site then returned at the airport.

I do not recommend this rental company! Although the owner was very friendly when we picked up the vehicle, the return experience was quite different. We had a terrible experience returning the vehicle. They charged us for two scratches that were already present when we rented the car, which we had pointed out to the owner when we picked it up. To make matters worse, the rental company employee expected us to leave more gas in the car than when we arrived in Santo Domingo. The vehicle was not in good condition. The check engine light on the dashboard was on from the moment we picked it up, and the suspension was terrible—it was constantly rattling. All of this poses a risk to anyone renting a vehicle. I repeat, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I've been renting a car from them since 2017 and the services they've provided have been excellent. I highly recommend this car rental company.
