While our stay was short 2 nights the location and overall aesthetic of the hotel was welcoming. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Please note that plugs are limited. There were 3 in the bedroom area. One of which was used to power their WiFi extender. The other was used to power the dehumidifier. Having only one plug was a bit of a juggling act. While the room was clean, there are some spots that need some TLC and extra attention (dust, dust bunnies, etc.) The glass shower door could not be shut completely due to what I assume is a shift in the building. And the same with the main entrance door to the bathroom area. Our tv didn’t have a remote and when we turned it on there was no option to connect to local tv or even internet. Though the tv as a nice size. Overall, the location is excellent and the atmosphere is appealing. 4/5 stars overall, all issues were minor on my estimation.

loved the building location and attached bar. our only minor complaint is the bathroom set up in our room. Very petite and European feel but the showered was cramped into a corner and difficult to get in and out of. the door to the shower was somewhat obstructed. Loved our balcony, the breakfast room is stunning. the location was safe and convenient.

Be aware of this hotel. I booked a room and had to leave the next day as the odor in the room was HORRIBLE The mattress was totally worn out. That’s not the worst part they gave me a receipt for one night for $114 and charge my account $260.41!!!! I could not believe my eyes when I went into my bank account. They said it was a mistake but if I had not check my bank app I would have been robbed by this people! I have yet to see the credit on my bank account as I had to fly back home! DO NOT BOOK HERE Abd if you do PLEASE check your bank account! Adalgisa P

Charming boutique hotel in the heart of the Colonial Zone. Streets are tight with very limited parking, so plan ahead. All rooms face a beautiful interior courtyard where breakfast is served in an open-air plaza—lovely setting. There’s also a restaurant and bar on site. Rooms are small but very comfortable. The beds, pillows, and bedding are outstanding—truly hotel-level luxury (I wanted to recreate it at home). Simple, tasteful décor. A/C and an in-room safe are provided. Note: the building has three stories and no elevator, but porters handled our luggage up the stairs without issue. The walk-in shower tends to splash water everywhere, which was the main downside. Location is excellent—easy walking to historic sites, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, a great stay if you value comfort, charm, and location over room size

While the boutique is undeniably charming and conveniently located in the heart of everything, I did have a few concerns. I visited with some friends, but as someone who often travels alone, I wouldn't feel safe staying in a room by myself. One of the photos shows a white door with a sizable gap in the middle; this door leads to your room. It's easy for someone to slip something through that gap and attempt to open your door. Additionally, while everything may appear tidy and organized from a distance, the cleanliness was lacking. There was mold in the bathroom showers, and the floor in the room had visible cracks, as depicted in the pictures and the tiles on the floor were unstable. Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, these issues impacted the overall experience. I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly, as the boutique has great potential to be a delightful place to stay. With a few improvements, it could easily become a top choice for travelers seeking both charm and comfort in this vibrant area.
