Unfortunately, it's the only service I've found in Santo Domingo, and I'm forced to use it. They raise the rates exorbitantly, blaming it on traffic, which shouldn't be my problem, but that's the Dominican Republic for you. Employees are leaving because they aren't paid enough, and at the same time, patients keep getting charged more... It's deplorable that the government doesn't provide services for the most vulnerable in the country.
