I wish I can give them a 0 or -1000. 21st Century and after a pandemic where most of ALL transactions are done through the internet these people insist in using mail in DR where is not a 100% reliable. They do live in the 19th century I guess. Add to that HORRIBLE customer service.

I came from another storage facility and I'm finding that this one has very different physical conditions, atmosphere, and service. This place has US standards; I feel like I'm in Florida or a Canadian storage facility. I even love the climate control throughout the entire warehouse; you don't sweat when carrying things. The bathroom is in excellent condition. And what I liked most is that they provide a space for business meetings. It's an excellent place for a startup to store the equipment you use for your business. If I had known about this place and the facilities it offers a year ago, I would have saved about half a million pesos. But oh well! Thank God for this place. One suggestion for the owners: put a vending machine with sodas and chips between the bathrooms and the meeting area.
