With those bad reviews I wouldn’t eat from that place

First time ordering and I feel ripped off. $1,100 for this dish and it arrived super salty, plus I had to wait over 2 hours on Uber Eats.

I ordered mofongo and they sent me unmashed plantains and crushed pork rinds on the side… the mixed grill had terrible sausage, the chicken breast was completely tasteless… and to top it all off, they didn't even send the drink. I didn't return it because it was a delivery and it was already very late, and I also had to wait a long time for the order to arrive. 😡😡

10/10 Great atmosphere, great service, the waitresses look good, the place is great.

I speak well of a business when I like the service, and I also leave complaints when I don't like it so that others don't go through the same thing I did. I placed an order on Uber Eats that was supposed to take 20 to 30 minutes, but after an hour and a half, I decided to go pick it up. When I arrived and expressed my frustration, no one gave me an explanation for the delay, and finally, when I tasted the food, the chicken breast smelled bad, like it was going bad. I was very disappointed with the service, and even worse, no one said anything to me, not even an apology.
