I discovered Mr. Thomas Laundry Room because of its convenient location, right next to Invivienda Park, and it's been a great place to get your clothes washed and ironed. The service is efficient and the customer service is very attentive, which always enhances the experience. However, I did experience a delay in service due to power outages in the area. It wasn't the business's fault, of course, but it did affect operations and my planning. Therefore, as a constructive suggestion, it would be ideal if they considered installing a generator. This would allow them to maintain service continuity during these situations, which would benefit both the customer and the business. Even so, I still rate the service highly and would definitely return.
