You promised me they were skilled men, and you were wrong. They didn't even attempt to move anything; my husband's men did all the work while your men were on the truck, doing all the heavy lifting. I am not happy; in fact, I am angry about your men's laziness. Upon arriving at the house, they left everything scattered and offered no assistance. They even left.
