DO NOT HIRE THESE SERVICES, THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE!!!!! I moved over a month ago. They respond whenever they feel like it, they're dishonest, and they make you think they'll solve your problem. I have several pieces of furniture damaged. They ask for photos and videos, everything. A supposed supervisor comes, but it's all just a charade. They never get anywhere. You pay so much money thinking that what you've worked so hard for will be taken care of.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE! They provided a moving service from Santiago to Punta Cana, and all my belongings were in perfect condition. After the move, the refrigerator was scratched and dented, the headboard was broken, and their employees simply added poorly placed tacks. They also scratched and broke mahogany furniture, and in the end, they refuse to provide any explanation for the damage done to our belongings. Their employees arrived at a time I hadn't scheduled, even though I had requested a specific time for some reason. Mr. Oliver and/or Ángel don't give any logical or coherent explanation regarding the damage to your appliances. They charge for supposed services that they don't provide at all because their employees do the work according to their own preferences and convenience. They should be ashamed that people who pay them in full before the move receive such mediocre service. I repeat, do not hire this company.

They were punctual and everything was very organized, but on moving day they weren't careful and some furniture was broken. I filed a complaint, but there was no follow-up. I don't recommend them if you're not going to supervise your own move.

I absolutely do not recommend this service. The staff arrived without any tools to disassemble the furniture; we had to provide them. They took almost all day, and while carrying the stove down the stairs, they accidentally hit it. My stove was badly dented, and in the end, I received no response from the company. They have great advertising, but that's all!

Punctual and professional service; the name says it all. "Carga Fácil" (Easy Load) makes things so easy for me. I just load the merchandise onto their trucks and forget about it; they take care of everything from there. We already handle all our deliveries to department stores like Olé, La Sirena, Plaza Lama, and others.
