I hired a crane service because I understood that the furniture could only be moved from my apartment that way, just as it was originally brought in. I received a quote and specifically confirmed the crane service; however, the crane never arrived, and they proceeded to lower the furniture down the stairs from the seventh floor, still charging the full amount. I believe they did not provide the service I was originally quoted. I tried to resolve the situation with them, but they couldn't agree on anything amidst their own lies. I am nine months pregnant, and in addition to feeling scammed, the staff was aggressive and disrespectful towards me. The person who recommended this company told me that the same job would have cost them $8,000 pesos, which confirms that the prices they charged were unjustified. I wonder if they would have acted the same way if it had been a man. As another person mentioned in their review, they are very friendly at first, but then they become unprofessional. I believe this company acts unethically. They took advantage of the situation.

Los transportistas fueron excelentes, pero la persona con la que haces el trato tremendo charlatán, pides tu cotización y concuerdan, a la hora de la mudanza, todo es direrente, te saltan con otros precios. Los embalajes debes pagarlo aparte, osea no cubren nada de tus muebles para cuidarlos, ya que todo es costo a parte. Cuadras que llevarán todo y al final resulta que es por viaje que cobra, si no cabe todo pues te busca la vida. Dueño o administrador es una persona sin criterio ni ética profesional. No lo recomiendo para nada

I wish I could give it zero stars. They arrived late for lunch and rest because they hadn't eaten, and they told me they were stuck in traffic (a lie; they had another job). After they gave me a price quote, they called me in the middle of the move to tell me there was an additional charge—a huge rip-off and an absolute rip-off. They should ask all the necessary questions to give a proper quote and not try to pull a fast one later. Incompetent. The employees left a trail of trash: cups, water bottles, a Styrofoam plate, all on the floor, even though there was a trash can right next to it. The driver was wearing flip-flops and shorts, like he was going to the beach. Overall, I don't recommend them. From the management's incompetence in quoting a service to the employees' unprofessionalism, they were a disaster.
