Well, the first thing I want to say, as a long-time customer of the store, is that for the first time I can say that the customer service is very bad, especially with some employees who treat customers like animals. I truly regret a thousand times having been a customer of that branch, not because of the company, but because of some employees who really need to be trained in how to talk to people.
