Poor man's service delivery after they receive the item can take 2 weeks, maybe because the Pound per hour is cheaper than most Carrier they do not have a sense of urgency. If you not in a hurry to receive your packages they are good.

Gentlemen, this courier is the worst. Please do not order anything from them. Their service is terrible in every way. If you want to waste time, receive no response to your order, and have problems with your package, order from them. 😡

First company I've seen where the employees run the entire company. No customer service whatsoever. And they like to talk to people with such rudeness and attitude. I never call them for business.

I've been using this service for over 5 years and they provide excellent service. I don't have to worry about my packages getting lost. Plus, I receive them quickly, usually within 2 days of arriving in Florida.

I love how quickly my packages arrive; it's an excellent shipping company, the service is superb, and the price per pound is not at all outrageous.
