Initially, the service was excellent: packages arrived quickly and without problems. But lately, when packages arrive in the capital and are en route to the branch, they can take up to three days to be delivered. When you write to them, they always reply that there's a problem or a slight delay. I hope they can improve their logistics and return to the good service they offered at the beginning.
