Good prices but bad service. The person who works there never seems to be on duty because whenever I send someone to pick up packages during business hours, it's either closed, they're standing nearby chatting, or they open the gate but there's nobody inside. Here's a picture from today at 10 am showing people already waiting for the employee.

Very unreliable, they never answer calls or messages. And when you go in person, they're not there, they're just standing around making excuses. I went several days and they gave me no information about my package because they couldn't find it. 😡😡 They need to get better organized and have more attentive customer service.

They have the best price per pound in the area & the packages arrive super fast, nothing to complain about.

Great price and the guy was very attentive. In other words, the staff is always attentive.
