Very uncomfortable experience. I visited with my two daughters and felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was not friendly, did not ask what service we needed, and kept whispering among themselves. No one offered or explained other services. As visitors to the country, this was very disappointing people here are very kind and loving but not here

I had great expectations but was entirely disappointed! First of all, the receptionist wasn't wearing a mask. The lady who did my nails Rosario if I'm not mistaken, was also not wearing a mask and she was sniffing the whole time! I thought that was the worst hmm! I chose Pedi&Mani, was really looking forward to relaxing and pampering myself. She was so rough with my feet that I started bleeding cause she bruised the side of my feet (picture attached) I showed her the blood and she didn't flinch or even show any remorse. Then moved to my hands, thumb also bled! It was a terrible experience and I thought I'll get my friends to go but nah! I can never send anyone there. I'm very disappointed cause I had high expectations.

Good service, but not a great one. I found it to be kind of expensive for what they do. In other words, they're not as experienced as they look. However, they're super clean, and you will be in a relaxing environment.

NOT CLEAN. She cut my toe with cuticle trimmers and then i got an infection because of the dirty tools.
