I went in for a wax. Came out all bruised and the girl left some hair behind. Its horrible can't even sit down properly. Avoid.
Horrible.
Horrible
Terrible service. The customer service leaves much to be desired. They didn't even have clean towels to perform the services; they used dirty towels for both the manicure and pedicure, which reflects a total lack of hygiene. The tools were also not disinfected. The manicure and pedicure were a disaster. Mariel treated me. She left all my cuticles untreated, the semi-permanent nail polish on my hands peeled off the same day, and my feet were worse than before: more cracked, with cuticle ridges. To top it off, they hurt my big toe. They cut it wrong, it swelled, and now it's black. I won't be back. I don't recommend it at all.
Starting with the person who works the afternoon shift on both floors! I was in line and she asked the person behind me what she wanted done! She sent her to the 3rd floor before me because she didn't have anyone to do her hair properly. I just stood there watching because it was obvious she'd let her get away with it! When I got to the 3rd floor after being in line, I told the front desk girl, "Hey, I just want a manicure, polish on my toes, and rollers! No blow-dry! Nothing, just rollers! No styling or blow-dry!" Since I know they don't do rollers after 6 pm, she sat me down with the manicurist and I explained the situation. She said, "Don't worry, she'll still charge me for a pedicure and manicure!" So I explained, "Listen, I need rollers, there's not going to be enough time!" Finally, a hairdresser deigned to do my hair in rollers as a favor because no one else could, and it was already past 6:30. I dried my hair, and in the end, I had to take the rollers out myself because the salon was practically empty! Terrible service, and I'd been there since 4:45. They can't tell me it was because I arrived late! Their clients, like almost all those one-night stands, are the ones who come and go and never return! Great way to run a business!
