The nails were the Worst that I ever had. The lady put the gel on the acrylic nails,it was a mess. Would not recommend!!!!!!!! Very poor service!!!! I regretted it
Prices are good but wait times are excessive (1 to 2 hours) and customer service is horrible.
Acrylic touch-up and gel paint. Very good value for money. 350 DOP! They should improve the studio ventilation. It smells too much like chemicals.
I was disappointed. I usually go to the one on Lincoln, but lately they never have builder gel, and they told me to go to Malecón Center. Going there was a huge mistake. Out of my ten fingers, the young woman cut six of them, and I told her from the beginning, "Be careful, honey, because I don't like it." And when I did, she said, "Oh, sorry, I didn't realize. It's just that your cuticles are very thin." Then she told me she was going to do an experiment because one of my natural nails broke and made a real splinter, I think the one she did was split. And on another nail, she filed it so much that it became like a stick. I told her, "Remember, these are my natural nails, and if you do more, you're going to deform them." I was really disappointed. And in the end, she told me it was because my nails were very weak and I needed to switch to another product. I told her, "You're the problem, because I've never had any problems before."
There's one manicurist in particular named CinThia who is excellent; she has incredible patience and a unique way of treating clients. But the rest of the hair styling service is terrible, especially the long wait times. I felt awful waiting so long, even though I had all the time in the world.
