It was my first time there. Of course, I knew I'd have to wait at these prices ☺️. But unfortunately, after waiting for almost two hours, I had to leave so I wouldn't miss another appointment. When I came back, they let two people in who had arrived after me, saying they'd been waiting too long. The thing is, I hadn't even been outside for more than an hour, so of course I've had to wait much longer than anyone else who arrived when I was supposed to leave. For me, if I have a number, if I arrive and my number shows that I arrived before everyone else, the next appointment should normally be mine. That's why they give it one star. Terrible service, the gel application was awful, with polish on the edges of my nails, and it cracked the next morning; above all, the customer service was terrible. Nothing positive to say.

Horrible experience. First, the young woman at the counter seemed bored and wasn't paying attention to the customers. Second, the girl who helped me was more focused on her phone texting than on my nails. She cut me with the file and hurt my cuticles a lot when removing them. I didn't like the result at all. I really don't recommend it.

Very bad service. I went to get a pedicure and the girl who attended to me pulled out my toenails even though they weren't ingrown. In the end, I even had to have surgery because I had daily pain when walking, a lot of swelling, and discharge. One of the owners was supportive at first, but when I had to have surgery, she ignored me and told me it wasn't her problem anymore.

They deserve 5 stars; it's the best place to ruin your nails and your whole hand. Terrible customer service; I got some simple acrylic nails done and it was a disaster.
