I have rented from Deny Rojas at National many times in the last year. WHAT A SUPER STAR! this guy should be employee of the year. The service is always friendly and he always goes the extra mile to make sure the client is happy. On one occasion I had a car that gave me an overheating warning. The car was not hot per se but I called the rental car company to make sure it was ok to keep driving. Deny offered to swap the car and when I arrived everything was set and ready to go. I have never had to wait much for service either. All the employees seem to be well-trained and know what they are doing. All in all, I get better service here than anywhere else in the world!! Thanks Deny and team!!
