Excellent! 👌 Everything was great! Excellent customer service from WhatsApp until you arrive in person. Attentive, thoughtful, and kind staff. The facilities truly inspire peace and relaxation; they're clean, organized, and have great products. I created my own package with help from the phone representative and got: 1. A 40-minute relaxation massage (you get to choose your oil) 2. A full-body exfoliation—a delight! 3. A relaxing bubble bath in the jacuzzi. Everything was so relaxing, clean, and organized. I will definitely return and I highly recommend it. I didn't take many pictures of the place because I was there to relax, and that's what I focused on.

Today I went for a hot stone massage, and I think Gloria was the one who did it. It was incredible, very relaxing and comprehensive. The oil I chose was chocolate scented, and the smell is wonderful. The whole team was very friendly, and the place is lovely with lots of services. Highly recommended! 😍

I went to Natura Spa yesterday with my partner, and to be honest, we weren't satisfied with our experience. We booked a package for two that included a 45-minute massage, sauna, and jacuzzi with a snack. The jacuzzi and snack were the best part, but the overall experience was marred by the massage. I'm not even sure I'd call it a massage because it was more like a light rub with oil, lacking any real intensity, and it disappointed us because that was what we had been most looking forward to. In my opinion, they should consider changing their approach because there are more affordable places in the city that offer a better massage service.
