I had a scheduled appointment and, upon arrival, waited approximately an hour to be seen. The final result on my hair was not what I expected. I understand that the stylist's technique may work for other people, but in my case, the finish was unsatisfactory. I was then told that the result was due to my not letting my hair dry properly, which was not the case. I am sharing my experience respectfully so that you can improve your customer service and communication.

The service at the salon is very pleasant; they work with very polite teenagers. I give them a 5 out of 5. WHERE I WASN'T HAPPY: with the price! The first time I went, they charged me 600 pesos for the service, which I thought was fair. And I went back because I thought it was excellent. The second time, I asked for braids (8 simple braids with half a bundle of hair) and they charged me 1,500 pesos. Let me explain: the braids looked like they had been done three days prior, on the same day. I took advantage of a special offer they have on Tuesdays and Thursdays (cut, treatment, and curl definition) for 1,000 pesos, "exactly as they explained it to me." Well, they gave me the same service as before; the difference was the moisturizing treatment, and when it came time for the cut, "BEWARE OF THAT CLIP!" They ask if you want a trim or a haircut design. My mistake was asking, "What do you think my hair needs?" She immediately assumed it was a haircut and started cutting (a little more than the ends). At no point did they tell me that this would have an additional cost. When it came time to pay, it was 2,500 pesos (1,000 for the discount and 1,500 for the haircut). My recommendation is to thoroughly research any service before requesting it, so you don't get any surprises at the register.

The service is excellent; they advise you based on what you really need. I love the loyalty points, and the products are excellent and provide great hydration. Every time I go with my daughter, I always leave with a purchase. They offer chocolate, coffee, or tea, and the customer service is excellent. I recommend it 100%.
