We had an absolutely amazing time. The host made us feel welcome right from the start and was very accommodating. The place was spotless and couldn't have been better located. We were close to all the restaurants and el monumento. It was great to have a pool especially during the hot Santiago days. Highly recommended to stay and we will be back!

Very expensive for actual conditions and lack care of the place. Beds smell like body odor and sweat, place is filled with dogs and smell like dog urine as soon as you open your car door, furniture is not even worth donating. Hostile host has tactics of retaining your funds if you disagree with the conditions of the place. Travelers be ware!!

This was my third time staying here, and once again it did not disappoint. I’ve already recommended this Airbnb to family and friends, and some of them have even rebooked after staying here themselves. The apartment is always very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location right by the Monumento. There’s great food, entertainment, and everything you need nearby, which makes the stay even better. The host was amazing — very attentive and always replied within minutes whenever I had a question. That level of communication and hospitality really makes a difference. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santiago, DR. I’ll definitely be back again!
