Beautiful place, very clean and with a great selection, friendly staff, and the cakes were delicious! I was delighted!

My purchase of a dulce de leche cake for my birthday was a complete disappointment, and what started as a quality complaint quickly escalated into a serious hygiene concern. The cake was not only of terrible quality, with a stale and hard texture that betrayed its lack of freshness, but the filling was practically nonexistent, a minimal amount that demonstrated a lack of care. As a culinary student, I can attest that the ingredients used are of very low quality. But the final straw, the last straw, was the hair I found under the cake. This isn't just a matter of taste, but an unacceptable lack of hygiene and professionalism. It's clear that this place's reputation is no longer based on excellence, but on mere fame. Due to the poor quality and, especially, this lack of hygiene, I will never buy from them again and I don't recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a cake and it turned out spectacular in both design and taste.

My experience with Nené Repostería has always been positive, but I've never ordered a cake; I've only bought pre-made cakes in display cases. I've been to two locations (Av. Venezuela and Sabana Larga).
