We had a truly wonderful experience dining at this restaurant while celebrating a birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening special, offering attentive and thoughtful service throughout. Every dish impressed — from the perfectly cooked picaña to the tender octopus and the flavorful yucca croquette appetizer. Each bite was beautifully prepared and full of depth. The food, ambiance, and hospitality combined to create a memorable celebration. We look forward to returning soon!

Our server, Wilton, made some incredible suggestions. On his recommendation, we tried the empanadas. They are out of this world good. We came back a second time just to have them again. The staff treat every table as a VIP customer. The short rim was tender and juicy and the ribeye steak was so flavorful. Do yourself a favor and have dinner here once or twice to try more than one dish.

I really liked the location—being so close to the Monument gives the restaurant a great view, especially if you’re sitting outside. I visited on a Sunday, so the streets were busy as usual, but surprisingly the restaurant itself wasn’t very crowded. That said, service felt disorganized and slow. Even though the place wasn’t full, it looked like the staff was moving in slow motion and chatting a lot, which created confusion. Outside, it seemed like there was one waiter with two busboys handling several tables. First, they dropped off the liquor menu, then a few minutes later the dinner menu. I ordered a mojito, which was about a 6/10. From the appetizer menu, what I originally wanted wasn’t available, so I went with the pork tacos, which were actually very good—9/10 and well worth it. After finishing the appetizer, I ordered a second drink to give it another chance, but again it was a 6/10. For my main course, I ordered the short rib with truffle fries. Both were decent but not great—7/10 for the rib and 7/10 for the fries—and unfortunately, the food came out lukewarm, not hot. At that point, I asked for the bill to go. From where I was sitting outside, there were only about six tables occupied, so the slow service was noticeable. One last thing worth mentioning: I understand that Santiago has a big cigar culture, but the cigar smoke outside was unbearable. Even though it’s open air, the smell was overwhelming and really affected the experience. Overall: great location and view, solid appetizers, but inconsistent drinks, slow service, and issues with smoke and food temperature. There’s potential here, but it needs better organization and attention to detail.

The food here was amazing. I had the chicken chicharron, and salmon gratin served on plantain gnocchi. Delicious. The menu has a wide variety of options, including sushi. Prices seem ok to me (as an American), but this is a pretty expensive restaurant for the area. Service was very good as well. My waiter spoke limited English, but enough to answer a couple questions. I was not impressed with my drink however. I had a specialty cocktail with vodka, rum, and passion fruit. Sounded good, but it was far too sweet and cloying. Overall though, I recommend!

Noah Restaurant & Lounge in Punta Cana is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is upscale yet relaxed perfect lighting, beautiful decor, and music that sets the mood just right. The food was beyond delicious everything from the seafood to the sushi tasted so fresh and full of flavor. The drinks were perfectly balanced and the presentation was stunning. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. You can tell this place takes pride in every detail. Whether you’re visiting Punta Cana or you live here, Noah is a must-visit for dinner, drinks, and good energy. ✨
