The room was excellent, the bathroom very large and clean. Extraordinary restaurant. The location is not bad but I found it a little difficult if you don’t have a transport. Need to pay more attention to the luggage handle. I think employees should be more diligent when guests arrive at the hotel

The staff and service were very pleasant, helpful, and attentive. The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean, with very comfortable beds. Although I didn’t have the chance to try the food, the hotel features a beautiful and spacious rooftop restaurant with great views of the area. Definitely a hotel I will 100% consider for my next stay in Santiago.

I loved my experience here and the staff were amazing. The Hotel does need to work on a few things but I’m not the one to complain much. The only 2 things were: It would be nice to see the view from the 3rd floor because the windows are all fogged. Also the water in the shower didn’t stay hot for too long but it was tolerable. All together it was a great experience and I wish I was able to stay longer.
