Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, missed expectations, and a lack of transparency throughout the process. Timelines and costs changed without clear explanations, and accountability was noticeably lacking when issues came up. Overall, the execution did not match the promises made. I would strongly caution others before investing with this company.
I give a 2 stars to this project because although there are some positive efforts into it, communication is not always the best, especially if you are a foreign investor who does not speak Spanish. The manager Nicole barely answers to her WhatsApp messages. Another one is Laura whom I messaged about receiving a copy of my amended contract to provide to the bank for financing, she has not even read my messages. The company knows how to contact you pretty well when it's time to collect the money, but when it's time to respond to your request, you are left hanging. Finally, they need to be transparent about how difficult it is for foreign investors to qualify for financing because by that time, you would have already invested 30% down deposit in the project and if you change your mind because of financing delays or refusal, you get to be penalized for something that is not your fault. UPDATED: IN RESPONSE TO NORIEGA GROUP REPLY TO THE COMMENT ABOVE, NO NOT EVERYTHING IS SETTLED. THE BANK IS NOT ABLE TO FINANCE ME BECAUSE NORIEGA GROUP DOESN'T HAVE A PERSON OF AUTHORITY TO SIGN A LEGAL DOCUMENT REQUIRED BY THE BANK. I M STILL LEFT HANGING, LOOSING INCOME BECAUSE I STILL DON'T HAVE A DELIVERABLE APARTMENT FROM 2020!
Communication is not the best. I signed a contract with them and I ve been asking for a copy of it to provide to the bank for financing. No one is replying to my messages.
Dilcia was so friendly and professional during our selection process. She continues her communication even after contract signing.
I’m glad I bought a property with Noriega Group. Communication is always on point. I really love the live view cam — which gives you update of the progress of the project. I’m actually going to buy more condos. Great stuff!
