Excellent movie house with out of the ordinary films. Very comfortable with a nice cafe. There are several good but pricey options for restaurants in the same building. There is validated indoor parking.

It functions as a mall which is pretty small. They specialize more as a business tower. Its in the center of the downtown, very safe, and they also have cinema and some restaurants. The roof top, you can have some party sponsored by Mazda.
