Bad experience... no comments

The worst customer service a business could offer, completely dishonest and with no respect for the customer's time. I bought a vehicle from them because they guaranteed a one-year warranty on the engine and transmission. The same day I picked up the vehicle, I notified them that I felt some defects. The representative replied that it couldn't possibly have any problems, but that if it did, I shouldn't worry because it was under warranty and I could bring it in. Trusting that I wasn't buying from a street vendor, I kept the car, thinking they would honor the warranty for the year. A month later, I took the vehicle back, and they kept it for 24 days to fix the transmission problem. After all that time, they notified me that the problem had been fixed. I went back to pick up the vehicle, but I still noticed the same problem. I called the representative and notified them. They told me to drive it as is and that if the problem persisted, I should bring it back. So I did, following their recommendations. Well, after a month and 15 days, the situation worsened. I decided to take it in, and the representative of this establishment told me that he wouldn't honor the warranty since the problem had been repaired. But how can he claim to have solved the problem if the vehicle still has the same issue and is still within the one-year warranty period they offered me? This comment is solely intended to tell the truth, and I can prove it to anyone who doubts my experience with this establishment. Please, if you value your money, stay away from them; they are not trustworthy.

I've bought several vehicles there. If they don't have what you're looking for in stock, they'll find it for you, but they'll find a way to get it for you. Excellent customer service and the best vehicles.

Very bad. Very arrogant. The worst.

Not recommended at all, you can't trust this dealer, they are irresponsible and they steal your money by selling vehicles in poor condition.
