We booked 7 jet skis and paid in advance. When we arrived, we only had 5... 5 minutes later, another jet ski broke down. They tried to repair it, but it broke down several times. In short, we spent all our time waiting... We didn't see the island or the natural pool, and we didn't go snorkeling. We asked for a refund for 2 jet skis, but they denied it, even though we had taken photos... They dangled the prospect of a refund, claiming there were bank problems and other issues, but in the end, we received nothing. A complete rip-off.

Charles was great and professional with our night out. He was great to deal with and he made sure we had a great time. Will definitely recommend his services
