Upstairs in the shopping center. They have a pretty good selection but do not take credit cards so they expect you to bring in cash or do a bank transfer. No one spoke English so bring in your own translator if you need one. most of the computers are behind cases so you need a staff to show you the products. when we walked in there were maybe eight staff available but we waited three or four minutes for them to finish with cell phone calls talking to each other or whatever else they were doing.
