This was the second time I went there because I found items that were of my interest. However, both times I learned that they don't have them. Also this time I had to talk to a guy who makes quotes - he couldn't answer any technical detailed question. Also I noticed that there are barely any customers and shells are empty. See pics

It’s a great store that sales great appliances for bathrooms, kitchen and exterior furniture and it’s a very modern hardware located @27 February ave in Ensanche Naco

They say they open at 8am. I arrived at 8.28am on Wednesday morning and no one was at the store. Security and all other personnel were there but no one to help with buying materials.

This is like a Home Depot in North America. They have everything you will need for your house from appliances, bathroom, kitchen, living room, you name it they will have it. They even have a small cafeteria in case you get hungry from shopping ☺️

Huge disappointment especially after visiting the one in Santiago. You would think that the capital of the country would have a better store than this. Staff was rude, the place was a mess with water on the floor. empty shelves construction materials all over the place. I've been here two times before my most recent visit and it's the same. It looks like a hardware store you would find in the barrio owned by a person who didn't have a lot of money. Very shameful. The store needs a complete overhaul and should look something similar to the one in Santiago.
