I went yesterday and the receptionist, Aracelis Victoriano, was the one who attended to me. She treated me terribly. I arrived, greeted her, and she stayed talking to another employee. I greeted her again, the other employee greeted her, and she greeted me, but very rudely and with a look on her face as if she were fed up or doing me a favor. Then, the billing process was incredibly slow and she had a terrible attitude. She also billed me incorrectly, since my insurance was supposed to cover part and I was supposed to cover the other part, but she charged me the full amount. Because I had already been waiting there for so long, I paid quickly and left, but today, when I checked the bill, I saw that she charged me the full amount. The doctors are very kind; the one who attended to me did excellent work, and another doctor I had contact with was also good. However, they should take customer service into account because it ruined the experience, especially since I was overcharged. The two stars are for the doctors I had contact with. And the center itself was very clean and organized.

Hello, I took my 8-year-old daughter to this place and they extracted a decayed tooth that was in bad condition. It wasn't traumatic at all, and thank God, every time I've been there, I haven't had any problems with the customer service or the dentist who treated my daughter. So far, everything has been pleasant.
